PROCESS CONTROL
We believe in the process control, which ultimately yields to the right product, and Bhaskar is having a very reliable laboratory and process control equipments.
Spinning laboratory takes care of right selection of cotton and subsequently the right cotton mixing by using its ART, a high volume instrument for cotton testing. AFIS, Uster tester UT4 and single yarn strength Tester STAIMAT ensure that the yarn being produced is conforming to the standards.
On the fabric laboratory, we have
Elmendorf, Crocking Tester, Laundrometer, Tensile strength Tester, Drape Tester, Light Fastness Tester, Auto Pick
Counter Moisture Meter and many more instruments. The entire set up and testing plan makes us confident for the
physical properties of our product.
In the chemical department, high precision instruments like Brookfield, Hunter Lab Spectrophotometer, Metrohm, pH tester etc make sure for the right shade and right chemical properties to make our Denim a true world class.
We are also equipped with a sampling department which is loaded with stitching machines like Zuki, Brothers, Pegausus and a really world class washing laboratory with Washex.
We follow the 4-point Demerit system for our final fabric inspection and we are proud to say about our fabric quality.
